Strawberries

In conjunction with an emerging strawberry nursery industry in the San Luis Valley, the Specialty Crops Program is initiating research for greenhouse production of strawberry plugs. We are also experimenting with hanging basket production of strawberries using different soil mixes and compost applications. More information on these experiments will be posted when it is available.
